Slipstream's main function is reconnaissance, usually from the air. Her other function, and one which she enjoys immensely, is demolitions. Her 'demo spheres' come in various types, including explosive, gas, and shrapnel bombs, and they can be used in a variety of ways.
Very little is known about Slipstream's history, mainly due to her habit of giving either vague or no answers to any question asked about herself. Even her original allegiance is unknown, as she wears no insignia save her own personal one, and avoids answering that question like the plague. Her independent nature makes her reluctant to be grouped with either Autobots or Decepticons, so most of her life has been spent as a neutral of sorts, before running into LONAC and eventually deciding to join.
