Constructed by LONAC, Phoenyx soars through the skies and space ways with grace and speed. She loves to race other air and space craft, mainly because she knows she'll usually win. Seems to get along well with Crevas, as they both love speed. Phoenyx seems to be always squawking with a never ending source of glee and happiness, which can annoy her comrades now and then. Dislikes her job as it often requires her to sit still for extended periods.
After being thought destroyed, LONAC discovered that her spark, along with those of Format and Fragment, were actually stolen by Decepticons from a crash site just prior to assaulting the LSS Freedom. LONAC recovered the sparks on Cybertron and returned them to the Freedom where they were returned to their rightful owners.
