"Trouble loves me, and I love trouble."
The best single word that describes Misfit is "fireball". Mis attacks any duty given to her with a youthful exuberance and enthusiasm. Most of all, the former Decepticon loves a good fight. Battle to Misfit is a great game - not a contemplative chess match, but a rough and tumble, unpredictable romp. Rules that contradict what she believes to be correct are, as far as Mis is concerned, optionally applicable.
Misfit began her existence as an every day lackey in the Decepticon Army. After an "incident" with Commander Shockwave (a total misunderstanding, if you ask her), fellow LONAC member Shadowstrike intervened and took Misfit under her own command. Because Strike saved her life, Misfit vowed a life-debt to her and would do anything for Strike. Under Strike's tutelage, Misfit has become a much more able and intelligent warrior, a capable security officer.
During her stay in the Decepticon Army and especially under Strike's command, Misfit had much contact with Earth and Terrans. She became quite taken with Earthen culture, most notably linguistics, arts (music and visual), and Earth military history. Despite her flippant façade, she is thoroughly intelligent.
