Waitstate has been many things in his existence, an information dealer, a bartender, an adventurer. His current occupation is by far him most important, as far as he's concerned. The founder and leader of LONAC, Waitstate has found a job both fulfilling and exciting. Though the challenges are different, he still finds he must use all of his skills to their fullest.

Waitstate is good natured and fairly easygoing, and has quite a long fuse. When finally provoked though, he has an explosive temper, which thankfully fizzles quickly. A peacemaker and problem solver by nature, Waitstate is often found attempting to settle arguements. He makes friends easily, but is sometimes far too trusting for his own good, considering his line of work.

Not afraid to get his hands dirty, Waitstate often finds himself engaging in less-than-legal activities in order to support the group, though he usually is able to remain anonymous. Because of this, not to mention his monochromatic color scheme, he's earned the nickname "the grey one". Waitstate also dabbles in various sciences, and is a competent engineer. His greatest skills lay in the computer field however. His systems are finely tuned and highly specialized for computer access and control, and as such he is one of the most skillful computer hackers ever born or built.

In robot mode, Waitstate is armed with a pair of multi-spectral beam emitters, capable of projecting anything from a flashlight beam to a cutting laser. He's also equipped with a custom beamsabre, which he has spent a great deal of time mastering the use of. Waitstate is also capable of flight in this mode, and has a set of deployable gliding wings.

Waitstate transforms into a sports car similar to those produced in the late 1980's on Earth. Additionally, he can transform into an intermediate flight mode, and is capable of breaking orbit in this mode. He has access to his beam emitters in both of these modes.

Waitstate also serves as the captain of the LSS Freedom, and occasionally finds time to tend bar at the Neutral Ground.

Due to a recent severe injury, Waitstate underwent an emergency Powermaster conversion. Partnered with Adam Marshall, a 15 year old boy he met during an excursion to a parallel universe, Waitstate's form has been altered to accomodate him. Until more permenent repairs are made, Waitstate can only survive relatively short periods without being connected to Adam. However, due to the binary bonded nature of the joining, neither partner can ever be truely independant from the other.
