OutReach has been a neutral medic for eons. Never one to bother with factions, OutReach believes all have the right to have their pained eased. A kindly , optimistic fellow, OutReach always has a reassuring word or an uplifting joke for his patients. While gentle, OutReach will be stubborn if a patient tries to argue with him, and will take up arms and fight tooth and nail if his medbay is attacked. LeRoy is a surly, chain-smoking humans who worked as a repair man before bonding with OutReach. While he doesn't share OutReach's zeal for medicine, he also does not like seeing any living thing in pain.
OutReach is built and trained almost specifically for repair, maintanence, and first aid. While on a stop off on Earth, he even learned how to treat humanoid species. OutReach carries a wide variety of tools, such as a precision welding laser, and is able to retract his hands and replace them with cutting saws and finer manipulators. His alt-mode, a Cybertronian pick-up truck, enables him to transport wounded away from danger. He always carries a box of more specialized tools with him. He also carries a low powered laser pistol, but rarely ever uses it.
OutReach is not designed for combat. Even when bonded with LeRoy, his is not the most able or competent fighter. He is not especially well armed or armored. His adamant protection of his patients will often get him into trouble he alone can not get out of.
