In all outer appearances, Bentnose is an opportunistic bastard. He is a sly, calculating character, ever present and ever silent. He is the type that stays in the background, watching and preparing. He has a dry wit which is only matched by his cunning. Bentnose is a mercenary of the worst kind; he will do anything for money, including betraying his own friends. Very few even know his own name; only known by such nicknames such as "The Stranger". To those who know him, however, he is a lighthearted, easy-going transformer.
In robot mode, Bentnose is armed with twin grid-matrix coordinate energy missiles. Unique weapons in their own right, they require a dedicated computer system to lock on to a single specific location relative to his position. His other weapon is an enormous claw--his jet modes nose. Although unwieldy, Bentnose has enough skill to be able use it successfully. It can also launch out on a long tether for long-range attacks. Both weapons can be used in his stealth jet mode.
Because he spent the majority of his life hiding and away from people, Bentnose' "people" skills are somewhat limited. His missiles take some time to acquire their target.
